Are private readings timed?

No. Private reading appointments are not timed, but do last on average anywhere from 1 hour to 1 1/2 hours long. If the reading is more than 1 person, it may be a longer appointment. Please kindly note, all private readings are different for each individual. Length of readings may vary. There is no guarantee the length of the reading.

Can I bring someone with me to my private reading appointment?

Yes! You can bring an additional person with you to be read at your appointment (for an additional charge). It is important to note, only those that are being read are allowed to be in the reading room during the appointment. When we confirm your appointment, you can let us know then if you want to have an additional person with you. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.

How far does Gary book in advance?

His private reading appointments book about 1 1/2 to 2 years in advance. You do have the option to be added to our Private reading waitlist if you wish. While we cannot guarantee that an appointment will become available sooner, we will contact you if it does.

Once I book my appointment, is it officially confirmed?

No. We contact each client about 2-3 weeks prior to the appointment to officially confirm it, since Gary books so far in advance. We will send the confirmation message either by text or email. Once we send the message, you will have 24 hours to reply to officially confirm your appointment.

Please kindly note, if we do not receive a reply within the 24 hour time frame, the appointment will be cancelled and released. Please contact our office if you have any further questions.

How can I be added to the Private Reading Waitlist?

When booking an appointment, there is a section where you can note that you want to be added to the waitlist. You must book an appointment, or have an existing appointment in the future in order to be added.

Please kindly note, being added to the waitlist does not guarantee an earlier appointment.

How does the waitlist work?

Once you have been added to the waitlist, we will contact you if something were to become available. Who ever answers us first will get the available appointment. If you have any questions, please contact us.

Can I record the appointment?

You can only voice record the session if you wish. You may also bring a notebook and pen if you would like to write down any notes during the appointment.
